Deborah is a veteran printmaker and watercolorist. Her combination of these media is exquisite, beginning with an edition of etchings that are then each individually hand watercolored to make them one-of-a-kind.

Deborah's time is split producing art and working as a wildlife rehabilitator for birds in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Her connection with nature is apparent in her artwork as is her fascination with the human form. She sees the relationship between humans and other animals as instinctual and essential. Her images, often self-reflective, explore issues of identity, integration, gender, beauty, normality and ultimately a "quest for wholeness."
